Design & Project Management
We have built up a reputation for delivering sound, honest and practical advice that conforms to all the latest regulations, BS6173, HVCA DW/172 as well as, Local Authority EHO guidelines. Our approach with any project is simple. To listen to our client, fully understand the client’s requirements, confirm the brief that has been agreed, and to work within the budget set. From that principle a project design and specification can then be formulated.
The Install
Once the design and project has been agreed, we will submit a full set of services detail drawings for the main contractor to install the first fix services. Our own dedicated team of engineers then carries out the Installation; each fitter has a CSCS skill card, and has been fully trained in respect of health and safety. Throughout the whole process a director will oversee the project, right up to staff training and hand over of the O & M manuals.
