You can be sure that when JDS carry out a site survey for a ventilation system that the specification is compliant to the HVCA Regulation DW/172. Considerations are given to the use of odour control products, both conventional carbon systems as well as odour neutralisers, such as Ultra Violet & Electrostatic Precipitators. Further considerations are made in respect of Attenuation and Fire Suppression, as required by the local authority planning office. The supply air return can be tempered by means of an electrical heater battery, direct gas fired or a gas heat exchanger.

 

Gas Interlocking of System

 

We also interlock the gas supply to the ventilation system by means of a gas Interlocking control panel, solenoid and power sensor, in keeping with the BS6173 regulations.
