JDS Catering Equipment had installed the original kitchen in 1992, and maintained an unbroken service contract since installation, therefore when the company built the new headquarters building in 2008, they insisted that JDS should be part of the tender process, the design, specification and tender process was carried out by Winton Nightingale Associates.
