Studied Mechanical engineering prior to joining the catering equipment industry at the age of 22, as a sales engineer, specialising on dishwash systems with Crypto Peerless, subsequently took up a regional managers role before leaving in 1990 to form JDS Catering Equipment.

 

  

 

Nigel Quince

Director

 

A trained Chef who went on to work hotel management prior to joining the catering Equipment Industry at the age of 24, Nigel picked up valuable knowledge working for companies such as Hobart, & Oliver Toms, he joined JDS in June 2003, and by 2004 was appointed Sales Director.
